Should I diet on vacation? While packing for your upcoming trip, you might be considering if you should continue your low carb diet while on vacation. You want to enjoy your trip, but at the same time, you don’t want to undo your weight loss efforts.

For me, vacationing can be anxiety-producing when it comes to my DIRTY, LAZY, KETO diet. I’m away from my kitchen. I’m eating unfamiliar foods. Essentially, I’m pulled out of my comfortable (and effective) weight loss routines. It can be stressful for me to let go of control over what I eat and drink. At the same time, though, I love to travel. This challenge has forced me to come to terms with the question, “Should I diet on vacation?”

You might be surprised that continuing the DIRTY, LAZY, KETO lifestyle, no matter at home or on vacation, is much easier than you’d think. Today, I’ll share the 7 weight loss tips I use to continue my diet on vacation. With a little planning and forethought, you can stay on track with your weight loss goals while not feeling deprived.
