Losing weight on the keto diet shouldn’t be expensive!
I was able to lose 140 pounds by doing my keto grocery shopping at “normal people” grocery stores like Walmart. I didn’t buy any fancy-pants keto foods – and guess what? I still lost weight. Personally, I don’t think spending lots of money on organic, exotic ingredients is important when following a ketogenic diet. Normal food from everyday grocery stores is all you need!
Spending MORE money won’t help you lose weight any faster.
