What’s on your bucket list? The keto lifestyle involves so much more than what we eat. For me, DIRTY, LAZY, KETO equates to a “can do” way of life, full of promise and adventure. Here’s how to make a bucket list and ideas to get you started.

When I weighed close to 300 pounds, I let the scale hold me back from achieving bucket list moments. I often sat on the sidelines while my husband took the kids to do exciting activities. Instead of participating, I would take pictures of everyone else having fun. I worried that I couldn’t keep up. I feared my size would get in the way and that I would embarrass myself and the people around me.

Avoiding bucket list adventures was a regular pattern in my past, especially noticeable when I was on a vacation. Roller coasters, horseback riding, swinging bridges, water slides, boating… instead of thinking about the fun I could have, my thoughts spiralized around weight limits. Could I climb up a ladder? Fit into an amusement park ride? Would my size get in the way? What if the seatbelt doesn’t fit? This was no way to live a life.

Today’s bucket list podcast is meant to inspire you. No matter where you’re at in your keto weight loss journey, it’s imperative that you dream of goals beyond the scale. Bucket list dreams inspire and motivate us to lead a full life no matter what size we are. Achieving our bucket list goals might be the sweetest victory of all!
